Daniel graduated from Union Springs High School in 1992. He graduated from the University at Albany in 1998 with a B.A. in public policy and a minor in public administration; he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Buffalo School of Law in 2003.

Daniel has been licensed to practice Law in New York State since 2004.

Daniel sits on the Union Springs Board of Education and Cayuga County Bar Association's Real Estate and Law Day committees.

Daniel Lives in Aurelius with his wife Amy and their three children.
